3E agricultural plastic film shredding, washing, agglomeration line is suitable for films with more than 30% pollution degree of materials. The final moisture content of the material is less than 2% after shredding, washing, dehydration, extrusion and agglomeration.

Production Layout
We have the optimal solution made to order for users with 300-4,000 KGS /hour output on the basis of the needs of users. So that's the basic flow.

1. Single Shaft Shredder
3E single shaft shredder can shred materials or crush them into smaller pieces to make it easier for the following washing. Meanwhile, with added water, part of the impurities of the materials can be removed during the crushing. We can provide customers with different specifications of shredder on the basis of the output demand.

2. Film Prewashing
Film prewashing is suitable for dry cleaning of large-sized film, with special design of feeding and washing blade. The large screen can remove most parts of the impurities in the film to crush efficiently for a long time without damage to the blade. Film prewashing can remove 80% impurities to save time and water in the next step after preliminary washing of the film. This machine features a design of wet and dry cleaning.

3. Sink Floating Tank
Sink floating tank can clean and separate impurities from materials on the basis of density.

4. Vertical Dewatering Machine
Vertical dewatering machine is mainly suitable for mechanical dewatering and drying of waste plastics after washing. The water content can be less than 2.5% due to its good mechanical drying effect. This dehydrator features waterproof bearings, so it can keep a long-term stable operation. The part that contacts with water is made of stainless steel 304.

5. Squeezer & Agglomerator
Agglomerator is suitable for dewatering of PE/PP plastic film or woven bag after crushing. It squeezes the loose material so that the water in the material can be discharged from the screen hole of the spiral pipe. Its discharge is controlled by hydraulic pressure to prevent clogging. The water content of the agglomerator can be controlled below 5% due to good drying result and low energy efficiency.
