The rasper is an important part of our waste tyre recycling plant. It is engineered to produce 10-15 mmrubber granules from rubber blocks smaller than 100 ×100 mm.

Features of the Rasper
1. Various product configurations. As a kind of tire recycling machine, the rasper is often used after tire shredder to produce smaller rubber granules. The production capacity comes with 400-4000 kg/h.

2. Because of the special design of the rotor blades and stator blades, the industrial rasper is able to process the tire rubber block, whose wire diameter is about30 mm, with steel wire circle inside it. A blade can handle 20,000 tons of tires during its service life.

3. Human-oriented design. It takes only 8 min to remove the upper cover of the tire recycling equipment.
