The film shredder is designed specifically 3E RECYCLING for waste films. The surface of blade rollers has high strength wear-resistant welding, to prevent the film winding and the wear of the blade rollers. The angle of the alloy steel blades can be swapped. The blades don't require sharpening with advantages of long service life, low energy consumption, large torque, high output and convenient to shred the whole package.

Waste PET bottle shredding washing recycling line integrates granulator or shredder, inclined screw feeder, friction washer, zigzag classifier, centrifugal dewatering machine, and many others. The line is highly automatic, featuring low energy consumption, high working efficiency, and good cleaning effect. Then iron pieces will be separated from nonferrous metals by a magnetic separator. Thus 99% iron was retrieved.
