Rubber Granulator
The rubber granulator is one of the key components of our tyre recycling plant. It is used for cutting 8-15mm rubber granules from the rasper into smaller rubber granules.
Features of the Rubber Granulator
1. Various machine configuration. The tire recycling machine supports input rubber granules less than 20 mm in diameter, while the output rubber granules are 5-15 mesh. The production capacity of the rubber grinder is 300-1500 kg/h.
2. Human-oriented Design. After loosening the screws at one side, the cover of the rubber granulator can be opened by rotating the circle handle or turning on the cover-open motor. If the granulating equipment gets blocked or the blade needs changing, you need to remove the screen. The whole process is also very simple—just use the circle handle or wrench.
