In 2012, a scrap metal recycling company in Thailand contacted us. They were looking for a heavy duty metal shredder with a processing capacity of 25-20 tons of 20 mm thick scrap metal per hour. After fully understood client's requirements, we started technological preparation and frequent tests. Finally, we chose hydraulic driving device over the gear reducer. The torque was increased and the shredder could work more stably. In order to enhance the productivity and lower the maintenance cost, we adopted the detachable blade design. The metal shredder was put into use in December, 2012, and has been working well since then.
